Biographical Information

Abraham Nunez played briefly in the major leagues in 2002 and 2004. His minor league career started in 1997 at the age of 20, and he continued to play in 2006, mostly with the Fresno Grizzlies of the Pacific Coast League.

He is not to be confused with the other Abraham Nunez who is his contemporary.

Nunez signed with Nettuno for 2009. He made his Italian Baseball League debut on April 11th, hitting 5th behind Giuseppe Mazzanti, and went 5 for 5 with 3 runs and a RBI to help lead a 9-2 rout of Godo.

Nunez became a coach for the AZL Diamondbacks in 2011.
