Alaín Álvarez Moya

He fielded .950. He succeeded Jesús Gómez as manager of Cienfuegos for 2018-2019, going 16-28 his first year. The team went 28-17 in the first half of 2019-2020 to qualify for the second half. They slipped to 18-27 in the second half and missed the playoffs.
