Brian Nichols (scout)

Brian Nichols has been a scout and coach.

Nichols coached at Stonehill College in 1992 and Coyle and Cassidy High School from 1993-2001. He was head coach of the Polish national team in 2000 and for the Czech national team in 2001 (but not during the 2001 European Championship). He was a Milwaukee Brewers associate scout during 1996-2001 as well then moved to the Seattle Mariners. As of 2015, he was the Mariners' northeast area scout and Canadian Cross-checker. He signed Aaron Barbosa, Matt Brazis, Michael Dowd, Marvin Gorgas, Kody Kerski, Ian Miller, Dan Paolini, Dario Pizzano, Kevin Rivers, Scott Savastano and Mickey Wiswall.
