Biographical Information

Carlos Casimiro played two games in the bigs at designated hitter for the Baltimore Orioles in 2000. In his first at bat, in relief of Jeff Conine on July 31st, he belted a two-run double off J.C. Romero of the Minnesota Twins. It proved to be his sole hit; he would drive in another run on a ground out the following day, and then returned to the minors. He later became skipper of the Oakland Athletics' DSL squad.

Carlos was in the minors for seven seasons and also played four years in Italy.
