Biographical Information

Charlie Reynolds is also called by his real name Thomas Reynolds, perhaps so that he is not confused with the later Charlie Reynolds. This Charlie was a pitcher who spent his time on the East Coast, while the later Charlie was from Indiana and spent most of his time much farther west (except for a few games in Brooklyn).

Thomas/Charlie pitched a couple of games with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1882, also briefly playing in the outfield. He compiled a pitching record of 1-1. He also played for a couple of teams in the Interstate Association, mostly pitching but also playing some outfield.
