Biographical Information

Chris Conroy has been a professional umpire since 2000. He reached the AAA level in 2006 and in 2009 worked his first major league spring training games. He first umpired in the major leagues in 2010 for five games, then was a substitute umpire for the 2011 and 2012 season. He was added to the full-time major league umpiring staff on June 14, 2013, when he replaced the retired Brian Runge.

He worked his first postseason game in 2015 when he was in left field for the American League Wild Card Game.
