Ciudad Guayana, Bolívar

The municipality of Ciudad Guayana is located on the Orinoco River at its confluence with the Caroni River in eastern Venezuela, in Bolívar state, 50 miles southeast of Ciudad Bolívar, Bolívar. Formed in 1961, it is comprised of two pre-existing cities, San Felix and Puerto Ordaz.
