Biographical Information

Fritz Maisel is the brother of George Maisel

He collected 2,093 hits and 421 stolen bases in the minor leagues. He was the 3B for the Baltimore Orioles from 1911 to 1913 and 1919 to 1928, and managed the team from 1929 to 1932.

He scouted for the major league Baltimore Orioles from 1954 to 1967. In 1959 he was elected to the International League Hall of Fame.
