Hide Sueyoshi was a scout for the Orix Buffaloes from 1990-1997, then moved to the Seattle Mariners as a scout in 1998. He signed Felipe Burin, Luiz Gohara, Pedro Okuda, Jean Tome and Thyago Vieira for Seattle. In September 2007, the Mariners made him Director - Minor League and International Administration.
