Mahuka was American Samoa's youngest player in the 2011 Pacific Games, at only age 14. He started in right field in their opener, he went 0 for 3 against Emosi Gotegote but reached on a strike-3 wild pitch once and stole a base. The next game, he relieved Sailiilemalo Laolagi on the mound in the second with a 4-0 deficit, two on and two out against Palau. He balked in a run but then retired Melngis Uchel. The first batter he struck out was Kalson Dulei. He went 2 1/3 IP and allowed six hits, three walks and seven runs (all earned) to close out a mercy rule loss. He pitched a complete game loss to the champion Northern Mariana Islands national team (7 IP, 9 H, 4 BB, 4 K, 9 R, 5 ER), losing to Thomas Joab Jr. He started at catcher against Guam and walked and struck out against Roke Alcantara Jr. In the 5th/6th place game, he relieved Daniel Va'a with a 7-3 lead in the bottom of the 7th against Fiji. Joeli McGoon singled and stole, then Tavo Sorovakatini tripled him in. Gotegote singled to close it to 7-5, then Noa Delaivuna drew a full-count walk. He got Joeli Saulekalekka to ground out, the runners advancing, then Sanail Colainima grounded in a run to make it 7-6. Rupeni Batai singled in the tying run and stole second but Mahuka escaped more harm by striking out Alton Tamanitoakul. Pemerika Mahuka relieved and took the loss. For the Games, he led American Samoa in games pitched and his 13.94 ERA was third on the five-man staff, trailing Va'a and Pemerika Mahuka. He was second in IP, 1 2/3 behind Va'a. He had 8 chances without an error between his different positions. He tied for third in the event in games pitched, behind Joshua Jones and Colainima.
