Islamabad is the capital of Pakistan, located in the center of the country immediately north of Rawalpindi, Punjab. It constitutes its own separate district carved out from the neighboring provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. It was the site of the 2015 West Asian Baseball Cup and of the 2017 West Asian Baseball Cup.
