Team History[edit]

The New Britain Bees started playing in the Atlantic League in 2016, taking over for the New Britain Rock Cats of the Eastern League who had left town to become the Hartford Yard Goats after the 2015 season. In 2020 the Bees left professional baseball and joined the collegiate ranks.
