Biographical Information

Infielder Patrick Elkins was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 37th round of the 2010 amateur draft. He played in their minor league system from 2010 to 2012.

After retiring as a player, he became a scout for the Cardinals, based in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC are. In December 2019 was promoted to a position called "Run Production Coach", and was made a full-fledged member of the coaching staff in 2021.
