Biographical Information[edit]
3B/1B Wuarnner Rincones hit .314 for the 1993 DSL Orioles/White Sox. He split 1994 between the GCL White Sox (.289/.360/.364) and Hickory Crawdads (.218/.311/.295), fielding .892 overall at third base. In '95, he was with the Bristol White Sox (.317/.423/.429) and South Bend Silver Hawks (.214/.288/.232). He was 8th in the Appalachian League in average, just ahead of Eugene Kingsale.
Rincones was with the Chicago White Sox' Venezuelan Acadamy (1996-2005) as a hitting coach, infield instructor and scout. He managed the VSL Reds in 2006 and was a coach for the VSL Devil Rays/Reds in 2007 and VSL Rays in 2008. He then managed the VSL Rays in 2009 and coached the Princeton Rays in 2010-2011, GCL Rays in 2012-2015, Princeton again in 2016-2019, Charleston RiverDogs in 2021, and Montgomery Biscuits in 2022.
